Hytrans Systems was founded in 1964. Since the early eighties, an innovative and revolutionary pump system was developed, using a diesel engine and hydraulically driven submersible floating pumps, now known in the market as HydroSub. From that time till now Hytrans developed complete mobile pumping systems up to 45.000 lpm @ 12 bar (12.000 GPM @ 175 psi) as per single unit. Fast hose laying and recovering is part of the system. Hytrans revolves around HFS: an innovative and powerful, high-end mobile water supply system for fire brigades, civil defense, emergency services and industries all over the world.
The Hytrans systems have proven to be very effective during incidents such as the Buncefield oil terminal fire in the UK and the Fukushima Nuclear reactor disaster in Japan. Another application is to supply process water for production purposes or supply emergency cooling water for (nuclear) power plants. Recently Hytrans has been awarded for the second time in a row to supply the large-scale water transport systems for the Fire Departments/Safety Regions of the Netherlands.
Thanks to 30 years of experience and more than 1000 units sold around the world, it is fact that Hytrans Systems is a worldwide market leader in mobile water transport.
